If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

7x Traders Academy provides educational services related to forex trading, including but not limited to:

• Online and offline training courses (Beginner, Professional, and VIP levels)
• Webinars, workshops, seminars, and masterclasses
• One-on-one mentorship and coaching sessions
• Educational materials, resources, and trading tools
• Community access and networking opportunities

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4.1 Course Fees

All course fees and event registration charges are listed on our website in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect enrollments already made.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• EMI Options (for eligible courses)

4.3 EMI Plans

We offer flexible EMI payment options for course fees. EMI terms are subject to approval and may vary based on the course selected. Late payment charges may apply for missed EMI installments.

5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid courses. If you are not satisfied with the course within 7 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund, provided:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of course enrollment
• You have attended less than 20% of the course content
• You provide a valid reason for the refund request

5.2 Event Cancellations

For webinars, workshops, and events:

• 7+ days before event: Full refund
• 3-7 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund (credit note for future events)

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, course materials, and trademarks (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 7x Traders Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

6.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view course materials for personal use only
• Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable
• Print course content for personal reference (one copy only)

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course content with third parties
• Record, screenshot, or copy video lectures
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use our Content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

You agree to use our Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You shall NOT:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Harass, abuse, or harm other students or instructors
• Share false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized account access
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security or virus-free operation
• Guaranteed trading results or profitability

You acknowledge that:

• Trading decisions are your sole responsibility
• You should only invest capital you can afford to lose
• Past student success does not guarantee your future results
• You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before trading

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7x Traders Academy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Trading losses or financial damages
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions, errors, or technical failures

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to paid courses will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You provide false or misleading information
• You abuse or harass our staff or other users
• You attempt to circumvent payment obligations

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify users of significant changes via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent notice on our website
• In-app notification (if applicable)

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our Services.
